GENE VICKERS is a former RCMP officer, was one of the top Lease Renewal Managers in Canada, the original District Governor of District 96 and the originator of the Toastmasters International Core Values Coin.
With his passion for life, Gene is preparing for several keynote presentations. With his presentation “From Resolution to Solution – How to Create a Game Changer”, he hopes to inspire the members of his audience to go after and achieve what they deserve and desire.
Darren Frew: The art of communication is evolving at a dramatic and unprecedented pace. Keeping abreast of these changes is confusing, frustrating and more necessary than ever before. Our next speaker, Darren Frew, has been immersed in this evolution for 25 years. During this time, he has been an active mentor fro graduate and undergrad students, as well as a variety of new business ventures. His primary focus as a mentor has been and remains: improving and enhancing communications. The title and theme of his keynote address is "Adapt and Survive - Communicating Now and in the Future".
CAROL CARTER brings sanity back to the workplace. Corporate Trainer, past World Championship of Public Speaking Semi-Finalist, and “noticer of things”, Carol will be tackling an issue near and dear to her heart – “A Woman’s Tool Kit: How to Survive and Thrive in the Workplace”.
This interactive keynote is packed with tips and “ah-ha”s for working women AND men. Both genders will gain a whole new perspective and appreciation for their differences, and learn why and how to encourage more women to step into what’s possible.
Carol has co-authored the soon to be released book “The Female Factor: A Confidence Guide for Women”, and is working on the final draft of her own book “Before She Speaks: For Women Who Want to be Heard and Remembered”
